Kes the Band has recently concluded a high profile stint in Los Angeles, where the band performed at several venues before audiences which comprised of music executives and DJs. Among the venues the band performed was UCLA, the SIR facility located in the heart of Hollywood on the famed Sunset Boulevard and the Sayers Club, which was an industry showcase with specially-invited guests from media houses in LA media, talent agencies, record labels, artistes, actors and entertainment specialists. Though the trip has produced many highlights and created a lot of buzz for the band, one highlight that will long be remembered was a performance at the Malibu Inn, Malibu Beach. Carolyn Pasea of Question Mark Entertainment, managers of Kes the Band, said guests included Bob Marley’s daughter Karen, several producers and media personnel. Singer Daniel Bedingfield was also present. The New Zealand singer/songwriter and brother of Natasha Bedingfield surprised the band when he got up on stage while Kees Dieffenthaller was singing and performed with him.
