They say all publicity is good publicity and Hollywood Sachy is living proof of that. Following the Blackberry voice note controversy in which the radio personality purportedly left a message voicing a desire to “maximum dun out” part of someone’s anatomy, Sachy is enjoying the increased limelight. His Blue Jeans party, held last Sunday aboard the Harbour Master, was oversubscribed and his Maximum Dun Out T’shirts are selling fast. Sachy told Metro that he has sold 150 to date. Sachy said a friend of a girl he was seeing leaked the voice note but he has no idea why. He said while some tried to use it to tarnish his career, he turned the bacchanal around to his benefit. “I went to university, I am very smart,” he said. Now, he said, he has been getting calls from all over the world including Dubai and getting booked for events at places he’s never been. One such place is London, where a party called Maximum Dun Out will be held for the annual Notting Hill Carnival. “It is the biggest catchphrase of the year,” he said, noting that even soca artistes were using it on stage. Asked if the exposure of his sexual habits was embarrassing, Sachy said no. “I am not ashamed of my sexuality, I embrace it…I am not ashamed of it in any way. I always talk about it on the radio too.”
